Detail Itinerary For Hiking Experience Of Mt. Victoria
Day 01 : Yangon - Bagan ( B, L, D)
Breakfast at Hotel. Check –out hotel and transfer to Airport.
Depart for Bagan by domestic flight (schedules flight) (1 hr
30mins flying). Arrive Naung – U Airport, First visit to
Nyaung-Oo morning Market to see people ways of life. The day
with visits to Shwezigon Pagoda, Annada Temple, Thatbinnyu
Temple and Sulamani temple. Transfer to the hotel and leisure.
Afternoon, visit one of Myanmar's most treasured handicrafts a
lacquer ware home Industry:near by Myingabar village. Continue
visit to Damayangyi Temple (the massive temple in Bagan).
Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Bagan–Kyuk Htu – Mindat (B ,L ,D )
Morning breakfast at Hotel. Cruise to Kyun Chaung by local ferry
boat. Drive bumpy roads to Kyauk Htu (160 Km , 6-7 hours ) by &
Mindat by 4x4 Jeep. Enjoy the rural atmosphere. Visit Kyauk Htu
and the road goes steep up the Chin Hills to Mindat, a base for
Mount Victoria, it is a small town inhabited by Chin people.
Proceed to Mindat Town. Upon arrival, visit around the village.
Dinner and Overnight at Mindat Guest house.
Day 03 : Mindat – Trek to Chin Villages – Mindat (B , L, D)
Morning breakfast and visit market. Trek to Chin Villages around
Mindat ,where you can observe Chin Hill Tribes and the
traditional way of living. You may have the chance to see the
famous Chin-women with tatooed faces, a fading tradition. In the
afternoon return to Mindat. Dinner and overnight at Guest house
in Mindat
Day 04 : Mindat – Kanpelet (B , L ,D)
Morning Breakfast at guest house . Drive to Kanpelet by passing
through Kangyi & Saw . You can see panoramic view of Chin state
. This journey will take about 4 hours for about 65 km. On the
way stop for photo .Arrive Kanpelet and transfer to the guest
house .Overnight at guest house .
Day 05 : Kanpelet – Mt.Victoria - Kanpelet( B, L , D)
After Breakfast , Start hiking to Mt. Victoria From Kanpetlet (1400
m) it is 24 km to the peak of Mount Victoria (3109 m), the third
highest mountain of Myanmar. You can visit , the Natmataung
National Park covers an area of 722 km² with many rare forms of
flora and fauna. For road condition, the car can go quite near
to the 2nd base near to the peak, so that you have to climb only
about 8 km by feet it will take about 2 ½ hours. Enjoy the
spectacular views over the jungle and mountain area. Return to
the second base-camp on Mount Victoria. Drive back to Kanpetlet.
Overnight at Guesthouse in Kanpetlet.
Day 06 : Kanpelet – Bagan ( B, L , D)
After Breakfast , drive back to Bagan ( Approx 7 hrs ) and on the
way to Bagan , you can see and enjoy some village to observe the
people ways of life .Will arrive to Bagan before sunset .
Transfer to the hotel and leisure .Dinner and overnight at
hotel.
Day 07 : Bagan- Yangon ( B)
Morning Breakfast at hotel . Enjoy around Bagan sightseeing as you
wish . Free and leisure . Transfer to the Nyaung Oo Airport
depart for Yangon OR Mandalay OR Heho by flight .
