Detailed Program For Glimpse Myanmar ( 11 Days / 10 Nights )

Routing: Yangon- Kyaikhtiyo – Bagan- Mandalay – Heho –Pindaya – Inle- Yangon

Day 01:Yangon Arrival

Arrive Yangon Int'l Airport by Int'l flight. Meet and greet at airport and welcomed by our experienced English Speaking or Language guide and transfer to hotel. Check –in Hotel. Heading to Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda -A huge reclining Buddha Image and visit the great Shwedagon Pagoda (The World Famous Stupa) its golden stupa is the 'heart' of Myanmar. Enjoy sunset at Pagoda. Drive back to hotel and leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 : Yangon –Bago - Kyaikhtiyo ( B)

Morning breakfast at hotel . Start drive to the Golden Rock ( Kyaikhtiyo ) by passing Bago ( 1 ½ hours driving ) , an ancient Mon capital city . On arrival in Bago , visit to local colorful morning market . Continue visit to over a thousand years old , Shwemawdaw Pagoda , which has a Stupa ,inlaid with diamonds and is Bago's golden landmark Drive to Kin Pun base camp ( 3 ½ hours driving ) . Heading to one of Myanmar's Landmarks , Kyaiktiyo the "Golden Rock " , a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff . To reach the Pagoda from Kin Pun base camp, take a truck up a bumpy track about half way up the path which climbs steeply to the legendary "Golden Rock " , the upper area must be travel by foot ( Approx: 1 hr ) up a steep .Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 : Kyaikhtiyo –Bago- Yangon ( B )

Morning breakfast at hotel. After B'fast , return by truck to Kin Pun Base camp . Drive back to Yangon ( approx: 5 hrs ) .On the way to Yangon , by passing Bago and after lunch visit to Shwe Tha Lyaung Pagoda which is among one of the country's most impressive image and visit Kyaikpun Pagoda with four 30 meter high Buddha figures seated back to back . Proceed to Yangon .Overnight at hotel .

Day 04: Yangon – Bagan ( B )

Breakfast at Hotel. Check –out hotel and transfer to Airport. Depart for Bagan by early morning domestic flight. Arrive Naung –U Airport and first visit to Nyaung-Oo morning Market and visit to Shwezigon Pagoda and Continue visit Annada Temple, Thatbinnyu Temple and Sulamani temple. Transfer to the hotel and leisure. Afternoon visit handicrafts, a lacquer ware home Industry, Damayangyi Temple. Enjoy sunset at Pyattgyi Temple .Overnight at hotel.

Day 05:Bagan - Taunbi Village – Bagan ( B )

Morning breakfast at hotel . Morning visit in Bagan and afternoon visit life style sightseeing Taung Bi Village by car to study local home made food name as Monthinga “ noodle making process” and around the village, learn powdering system (bean, ground peanut, sesame as well) , hair dresser shop who want to make fun and how to making their earning daily as real life style. By the time, you can walk around the village to see water fetching, betel-*nut shop for the villager. Return to Bagan. Afternoon at Leisure. Evening enjoy sunset on boat along the Ayeyarwaddy River. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 06:Bagan - Mandalay – Amarapura – Mandalay ( B )

Morning breakfast at Hotel. Check out from Hotel . And transfer to Airport departure for Mandalay by domestic flight Morning, scheduled flight) (Appox : min 30 mins flying). Arrive Mandalay International Airport and on the way visit first excursion to Amarapura , the ancient city and visit 200year old U Bein teak bridge, built in 1728. Continue visit to visit Mahagandayon Monastery. Visit traditional hand – woven silk workshop teak posts. Heading to Mandalay (1hr driving). Check in hotel and leisure. Afternoon visit the famous Mahamuni Pagoda and stop to see stone carving and later to see gold leaf being beaten . Continue visit Kuthodaw Pagoda, the world’s largest book made of marble and visit the Shwe Kyaung Monastery excellent example of a traditional wooden building. Enjoy sunset at Mandalay Hill. Transfer to hotel and overnight at hotel. 

Day 07: Mandalay – Mingun – Mandalay ( B )  

Morning breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Jetty and Excursion by boat on the Ayeyarwaddy river to Mingun about 1hr upper river from Mandalay . Visit Mingun Bell : the world largest uncracked bell, weighing 90 tons and continue Hsinbyume as well as unfinished Pagoda built as one of the world's largest chedis by king Bodaw Paya , by traditional styled bullock- cart . After sightseeing sail back to Mandalay . Transfer to hotel. Free and leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 : Mandalay – Heho – Pindaya – Inle ( B )

Morning breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to the airport. Departure for Heho by scheduled flight. (Appox : flying hours min 30 mins ) .Arrive Heho and drive to Pindaya (Approx: 2 hours) . Visit magnificent Pindaya caves set in a limestone ridge overlooking a picturesque lake where thousands of different types of Buddha images are an display in the various cave chambers. Continue visit some local houses where families produce Shan paper and parasols. After lunch, Starts drive down into the valley to Nyaungshwe on the edge of the Inle Lake by coach ( about 2 ½ hours). Arrive Nyaungshwe and proceed to Inle lake by local boat and Check-in Hotel. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 09: Inle ( B )

Morning breakfast at hotel. Sightseeing of Inle-Lake Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the holiest religious site in Southern Shan State. Floating Market Villages & Gardens where fruit and vegetables are grown. See traditional handicrafts – silk weaving on wooden handlooms and a blacksmith shop. Stop at Ngaphechaung Monastery which is famous for its (Jumping –Cats Show). Transfer to the hotel and leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10:Inle – Heho - Yangon ( B) 

Morning breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the Heho airport depart for Yangon by schedule flight. (Approx: 1 ½ hr flying) and arrive Yangon airport. Afternoon shopping at Bogyoke Market (Scotts market) with hundreds of food, clothes, handicrafts and gems store and evening stroll along the China Town & fruit market.Transfer to the hotel and overnight at Hotel .

Day 11:Yangon Departure

Morning B’fast at hotel. Free and leisure at the hotel until departure for next destination.
